You have been informed that you need to have your tooth removed. What now?
It is our goal to save your natural teeth. There are times when this is not possible and a tooth needs to be removed. This can be due to tooth decay, impacted teeth, periodontal disease, fractures, or orthodontic crowding.
We know a tooth extraction can be scary and we are here to put you at ease. Drs. Bailey and Haghighi will go over every detail with you and your loved ones during your consultation and design a treatment plan best suited for you. At Alpine Surgical Arts, Drs. Bailey and Haghighi do everything possible to make your experience safe, quick, and comfortable.

A multitude of anesthesia options will be discussed and tailored for you during your consultation. At Alpine Surgical Arts, we prioritize your safety and comfort.
Local Anesthesia: Injectable anesthesia to numb a specific area for your procedure
Sedation Anesthesia: Intravenous (IV) anesthesia to help you relax
Relaxed and awake: you can answer questions and follow directions
Relaxed and drowsy: you may sleep through most of your procedure. You may hear sounds and voices around you and can be easily awakened.
Drowsy to lightly sleeping: you may have little to no memory of the procedure
General Anesthesia: IV anesthesia affecting the entire body producing unconsciousness and blockade of pain during your procedure
There is no perfect substitute for a natural tooth. Your natural tooth provides a significant role in your overall health. There are some wonderful replacement options, such as a dental implant. Dental implants with bone grafting are the closest substitutes for your natural teeth providing both a functional and esthetic solution. At Alpine Surgical Arts we are able to perform a dental extraction, bone graft, and place dental implants during the same appointment.
